Our range includes Prefab Buildings, Prefab Houses, Prefab Structures and Prefab Shelters. These are acknowledged for their compact design, resistance against seismic forces, wind and extreme temperature. Our quality range is widely used across hilly & snowfall areas, resorts, industries, project office, school & college buildings. We manufacture the range using superior grade raw material procured from our vendors based in Bangalore and New Delhi. The raw material used is bison panel which is a combination of Cement Bonded Particle Boards. It confirms to the IS-14276 standards and steel sections. The prefabricated products are manufactured using European techniques and quality tested on different parameters to ensure that the range is perfect. Our principle aim is to provide comfortable housing shelters & allied building material at the best industry prices. The ability to offer quality products with the stipulated time frame and at economical costs has enabled us to become the member of SSI. Our organization has carved a strong position for itself under the able guidance of our owner - Mrs. Meenakshi Sindhamani and Mr. Sindhamani. Our Infrastructure| Keeping in mind the growing requirements of our clients, we have developed a state-of-the-art production unit which spreads across a vast area of 4500 square feet. It is equipped with the latest machines and tools and has an installed capacity of 100 units. The unit encompasses three administrative departments, one manufacturing unit and one purchase department. These departments enable us to carry forward the production process and meet the varied demands of our clients. The production process is manually operated. We make use of European technologies to manufacture an exclusive range of prefabricated buildings and prefabricated structures.
